Nick Gardner
Strong and reliable goalkeeper and captain of the team. Players’ player for the reserve team last season, now playing both U18 and reserve teams and deservedly called up to play for the County. A member of the treble winning under 18 squad last year and one of eight players in this team who have been brought through from the younger teams of Dunstable Town Icknield Youth.

Paul Marsiglio
U15 England Schoolboy and Luton Town trainee for 6 years. Part of the treble winning U18 team last season. Laid back player who is very strong in possession of the ball.

Alec Morgan
2 years as a Luton Town apprentice and 5 years with Northampton. He is a strong, attacking midfielder who can also play anywhere – another regular player for the Reserve team and another product of Dunstable Town Icknield Youth.

Marc Addlesee
Trainee with Luton Town for 2 years and Northampton for a further 2 years. A versatile player who can play anywhere, except in goal! One of the players who played for Dunstable Town Icknield Youth since the age of 8 and has now progressed into the Dunstable Town team.

Ross McLaughlan
Formerly played for East Anglia . He is in his third season playing for the County, also his third season playing at U18 level for Dunstable Town. He is a regular in the Reserve side and has recently been signed for Dunstable Town first team. He played for Dunstable Town Icknield Youth teams for 10 years.

Russell Clark
Former Luton Town and Cambridge apprentice. Currently a regular Reserve player. Hard hitting and strong midfielder, going on to greater things in the future. Part of the treble winning U18 team last season. His manager compares him to Roy Keane.

Lee Burgoyne
Ex-Northampton apprentice, already a regular player with Dunstable Town first team and ‘Man of the match’ for the first two games. This is his third year at U18 level at Dunstable Town. Skilful and with great pace, he has also earned his place in the County team.

Michael Moss
A strong, fast defender, he made his Dunstable Town first team debut recently. The Manager of the first team rates him very highly and is confident of his future with the team. Another player who was part of the treble-winning U18 team last season, also picked to play for the County this season.

Alvin Rajaram
Former Rushden and Diamonds trainee and County player. A pacey forward who was top goalscorer last year. Another product of Dunstable Town Icknield Youth, and a Reserve team player.

Ryan Lemmon
Still only 16, this striker is in his second year with the U18 after coming through the ranks of Dunstable Town Icknield Youth. Good goalscorer and in another year with be a threat at any level.

Steve Redmond
Another 16 year old, who had trials at QPR this year. Right or left side midfielder who is fast and effective and always knows the right ball to play.

Jamie Hutchinson
Yet another 16 year old who is in his first year at Dunstable, transferring from Downs Barn in Milton Keynes. He will be a great asset in the future.

Jaimee Allen
This player has made a great impact this year after two years playing senior football. He is very strong and fast, holding up the ball and bringing others into play. A handful in defence.

Michael Chandler
Local lad fighting his way in to the U18 squad. An influential midfielder, improving constantly. Always ready and keen to take his place within the team.

Daniel Callum
Ex-East Anglia boy who is a newcomer to Dunstable this season. As a left back or left side midfield he is always reliable and full of commitment.

Stevie Pritchett
This is his second year at U18 level. He has great awareness and never gives less than 100%. Can hold his own if the game gets physical.

James Kefford
Has been playing for the U18’s for two years. Is strong, skilful and reliable. He can play centre midfield or centre back. ‘Keff’ is always there, or thereabouts, either for a clearance or a goal scored.

Udo Akubuine
Still only 16 and is learning at this level. Has great pace and skill and the club is confident that he will go on to bigger and brighter things.
