2010/11 SSMFL Constitution

The Spartan South Midlands League have released the 2010/11 Premier Division constitution.
The division expands to 23 teams as Stotfold finally get their move from the United Counties League. Aylesbury United drop down from the Zamaretto League as Holmer Green and Hadley are promoted from SSMFL Division One. Welwyn Garden City and Brimsdown Rovers are relegated to Division One.
