Nuneaton in, Bedford Out
Due to Nuneaton Borough's unfortunate liquidation, the reformed Nuneaton Town have been placed in the British Gas Business League Midland Division with Bedford Town reprieved to the BGB Premier Division.

Nuneaton's unfortunate position came after a strong 7th placed finish in the Blue Square North.

The only time the Blues were in the same division as Boro, was back in 1975/76 in the Southern League Premier. This season ended with Dunstable going bust after an 8th place finish, just seven points below Nuneaton.

The last game between the two sides was in the 1985/86 FA Cup. Nuneaton won 2-0 in the 4th Qualifying Round at Creasey Park.
